Preparation:
Melt oleo in lg. frypan, add veggies. Place patties on veggies, med. heat (turn patties once)long enough to thaw patties and smash into burger-like consistency. Stir into veggies. Add ketchup and cinnamon. Add only enough water to keep nice and moist as veggies/patties absorb liquids. Spoon onto buns or potato rolls. Serve. |
