Wild Rice Stuffing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup wild rice
3 cups water
3 1/4 cups mushroom
3 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 large egg yolk
 

Preparation:

simmer rice in water for 25 minutes, set aside saute mushrooms in butter, until tender combine all ingredients-mix well spoon into a buttered 1 quart casserole bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes serve hot
