Preparation:
Slice as many breasts as you like, in to 4 pieces each. Place in bowl and cover with Italian Dressing, cover bowl and refrig. for at least 24 hours.
After duck is marinated, take strips and layer each with 1 mushroom and 1 skice of pepper. Wrap each with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Cook on grill till each side is browned, about 5 min each. |
