Preparation:
dip 1 pc dry bread into chicken stock,pair up w/a dry pc of bread and crumble, repeat till all bread is gone.throw any bread crumbs into bowl.
add sausage, celery,onion,and parsley to bowl and mix. best to do it by hand. add salt and pepper as you like. when mixed, may stuff in turkey or bake in a casserole dish. |
