Preparation:
First, disolve yeast in some warm water. Then I add soft margarine, sugar, salt and eggs.
Put mix into a mixing bowl. Gradually add flour and mix until it becomes smooth. Transfer
the mix into a greased bowl. Cover the bowl and let the mix rise for an hour or until it has
doubled in size. Roll out the dough. Next, spread with 1/3 cup of softened margarine. Take
the filling mixture and sprinkle over the dough and roll. Then cut into pieces about 1 inch in
size. Place pieces on a greased cookie sheet and let rise some more. Bake at 350 until done.
For the frosting: mix ingredients well. While the rolls are warm spread over rolls. |
