Preparation:
(now when I make these or tuna cakes, I usually
add one egg but that is to my liking though)
1. In medium bowl, with fork, lightly mix all ingredients except
cooking spray, buns and lettuce leaves. Shape mixture into
four 3-inch round patties. Spray both sides of patties with
nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Add salmon cakes, and
cook about 5 minutes per side or until golden and hot. Serve on
buns with lettuce.
