Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375x. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
Add onion, bell pepper and spices; cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until onions and bell peppers begin to soften.
Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of the catsup and the Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well. Add sautéed onions and bell peppers. Form into a loaf. Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread remaining catsup on top; bake for 40 more minutes. |
