Preparation:
1. Mix baking chocolate, broken into small pieces, sugar and water together; cook in top of double boiler over simmering water until baking chocolate is melted.
2. Add malted milk powder and egg; beat until light and frothy.
3. Pour over crushed ice in a glass and fill with milk; beat a moment before serving.
NOTE: This is a very nutritious drink. |
