Ingredients:

2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground coriander seed
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
 

Preparation:

The spices are an interesting mix, and should be pretty good. I do question that much brown sugar.
