Green Chile Treatment

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Mild ground chiles -- or chili powder
4 ounces Mild or hot green chiles
---for beef -- poultry, pork, lamb and fish
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
