Barbecue Dry Rub With Curry

Ingredients:

4	tablespoons	cumin -- ground
4	tablespoons	thyme -- ground
4	tablespoons	garlic powder
4	tablespoons	black pepper -- freshly ground
2	tablespoons	cayenne pepper
2	tablespoons	salt
2	tablespoons	curry powder - use a commercial blend or -- your own favorite
1	tablespoon	onion powder
1	tablespoon	msg

In a small bowl or glass jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir or shake well. Use immediately or keep in a tightly closed jar in a cool dark place.
