Cheese Quesadillas With Tuna

Ingredients:

6 tortillas flour tortillas
1 cup monterey jack cheese
7 ounces tuna
6 tablespoons diced chilies
6 tablespoons red peppers
6 tablespoons diced black olives
1 bottle salsa
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. Lay tortilla on large baking pan. Sprinkle layer of jack cheese over half. Sprinkle some tuna over cheese. Dot with 1 tablespoon chili, 1 tablespoon roasted pepper and 1 tablespoon black olives. Fold. Repeat with other 5 tortillas. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes. Serve cut into wedges with salsa. Approximately 6-18 minutes.
