Preparation:
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well, rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp. Reserve 3 shrimp for garnish; coarsely chop remaining shrimp. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Stir in chopped shrimp. Spoon shrimp mixture into a small serving bowl; cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with reserved whole shrimp. Serve with assorted crackers. |
