Ingredients:

uncooked noodles -- (about 4, ounces) |

coarsely chopped zucchini -- (about 2 medium) |

sliced celery -- (about 1, medium stalk) |

sliced ripe olives |

tiny shrimp -- rinsed and drained (4 1/4 ounces) |

Preparation:
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Mix all ingredients except salad greens.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
Spoon onto salad greens. |
