Preparation:
Peel shrimp. Devein. Mix remaining ingredients in shallow glass pan. Stir in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Set oven control to broil. Remove shrimp from marinade.
Place shrimp on rack in broiler pan. Broil shrimp about 4" from heat about 5 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade, until shrimp are pink. Serve with melted margarine or butter and lemon wedges. |
