Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

3 pounds shrimp -- shelled and deveined, chilled
1 medium celery -- sliced
1 Cup California walnuts -- chopped (optional)
1 jar stuffed olives
1 bottle French dressing
1 bottle mayonnaise
1 medium Onion - - minced
1 bunch lettuce leaves -- (for presentation)
 

Preparation:

Begin 1 hour ahead. Into large bowl, cut shrimp in half lengthwise. Add all ingredients, except lettuce leaves; toss to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves.
