Preparation:
Mix cream cheese, salmon, onion, and garlic together. Lay out won ton wrappers, and place 1 tsp. of the mixture in the center of each. Moisten edges of each with water.
Fold over and pinch edges well to seal. Ask more or dad to deep fat fry the won tons at 375F until golden brown.
Drain well on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with a sauce.
