Preparation:
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350F oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer. |
