Preparation:
Make the creole butter: Combine in the food processor all the creole butter ingredients. Process until combined and set aside.
Peel and devein the jumbo prawns. Thread them, three to a skewer, on bamboo skewers.
Heat the barbecue to hot or turn on the broiler and adjust the oven rack to 6 inches below the heating element. Grill the prawns for 2 minutes on each side or until they are done to your liking.
Serve the prawns with the creole butter on the side for dipping. |
