Preparation:

This fresh-tasting combination of mint and pineapple complements lamb. Set oven control to broil. Mix orange juice and honey; reserve 2 tablespoon Place lamb chops on rack in broiler pan. Brush lamb with reserved orange mixture. Broil with tops about 5 inches from heat about 6 minutes or until brown; turn. Brush with reserved orange mixture. Broil 6 to 9 minutes or until desired doneness.Heat remaining orange mixture, the pineapple and mint to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve with lamb chops. To Grill: Cover and grill lamb 5 to 6 inches from medium coals about 12 minutes, turning and brushing with orange mixture once, until desired doneness. |
