Basics: Couscous

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken stock or water
1 dash salt
1 cup couscous
 

Preparation:

Basics for new cooks: In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 3 cups, or 4 servings.
