Ingredients:

cream cheese -- (8-ounce) softened |

milk |

Swiss cheese -- shredded |

chopped green onions |

refrigerated biscuits -- (10-ounce) |

bacon slices -- cooked, crumbled and divided |

Preparation:
Beat first 4 ingredients at
medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth; stir in cheese and onion.
Set aside.
Pat each biscuit into a 5-inch circle; press into lightly greased 3-inch
muffin cups. Sprinkle half of bacon evenly into cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons
cream cheese mixture into each cup.
Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon,
gently pressing into filling. |
