Preparation:
Quarter apples, cut into chunks. Cut oranges, with rinds, into chunks. Remove seeds. With steel blade in food processor, chop cranberries. Transfer to lareg bowl. Process apples and oranges till finely chopped. Add to cranberries with sugar and salt. Stir to blend. Let stand, keeeping relish pressed below juices. At serving time, sprinkle with chopped pecans. Makes 4 cups. Will keep up to 1 month. |
