Preparation:
In large skillet sauté‚onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Sauté‚for 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.
Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. |
