Italian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1 large or two small cucumbers
1 small red onion
1/2 cup red wine vinegar -- (enough to thoroughly soak the above)
1 teaspoon black pepper -- (ground)
1 pint diced pepperoncini
 

Preparation:

Combine everything and chill for at least an hour before serving. Keeps a while too, with all that vinegar.
