Preparation:
Sharon, here's another quick hors d'oeuvre you could make for your little wingding. All you do is skewer on a toothpick....a small cube of mozzarella or provolone; a small cube of pepperoni; and a piece of sun-dried tomato. If you have fresh basil leaves, you can wrap the whole package in a basil leaf before skewering it.
I brought these to a party once and didn't have any left to take home! :( They do stir up a thirst, though, so I guess they're good beer munchies. I used to make my own dried tomatoes using a bad of kosher salt, so my tomatoes were pretty sa |
