Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked elbow macaroni -- chilld
2 tablespoons diced pimento
1 large hard cooked egg -- fine chopped
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
1/4 cup plain low fat yogut
1 dash pepper

Preparation:

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend. At least 1 hour. Makes 2 servings....
