Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In 6 quart Dutch oven, heat oil and brown veal in two batches. Return veal to Dutch oven. Stir in bell peppers, onion, celery, carrots and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Stir in Ragu Pasta Sauce, water, wine, and salt. Bake covered 1 hour. Remove cover and stir. Continue baking uncovered 30 minutes or until veal and vegetables are tender. |
