Preparation:
Heat 2 tb olive oil with the garlic and half the basil leaves until the garlic colours. Add tomatoes and salt. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes.
Add orange juice, season with Tabasco and continue to cook over high heat for about another 5 minutes. Check the seasonings. Toss with cooked spaghetti.
