Chinese Lamb

Ingredients:

4 pounds lamb steak
1 cup white wine
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
