Dim Sum Dumpling Dough (Boiling Water Method)

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup boiling water
1/4 cup cold water
 

Preparation:

Combine flour and boiling water in bowl while stirring with a fork. Add cold water. Knead dough for about 5 minutes on lightly-floured board. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Form dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll out dough into rounds 3-inche circles. Makes about 50 wrappers.
