Preparation:
Prepare grill for indirect method. Remove wrapper, but not string netting. Brush turkey with oil. Combine garlic salt and chili powder; sprinkle over turkey.
Place turkey on grill. Cover grill and cook according to package directions.
Combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Chill.
Serve with sliced, grilled turkey. |
