Preparation:
combine flour, baking powder, and salt cut in shortening or lard until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs add beer and mix until well blended and mixture form a ball turnout onto a lightly floured board and knead for 2-3 minutes rollout to a thickness of 1/2-3/4 inch cut into biscuits of the desired size place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet brush lightly with beer bake @ 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes, until golden remove from oven serve hot |
