Preparation:
Combine baking mix and cream in a small bowl. Stir just until dough holds together. Turn onto floured board and knead lightly until smooth and elastic, about 10 strokes. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. cut into 2 inch biscuits and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Reshape dough scraps and cut again. Bake in a gas oven at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. |
