Preparation:
1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients; mix with fork.
2. Add crisco; blend until mixture is crumbly.
3. Beat together egg, water and milk; add to flour mixture until wet. It will be gooey, dont over handle.
4. Roll out dough to 1 1/2" thick on floured surface and cut into 24 circles.
5. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes until golden.
