Preparation:
Place the trout fillets in a shallow bowl and cover with Italian salad dressing.
Marinate in Italian dressing for about 2 hours.
Place trout on a well oiled grill about 5 inches from the heat.
Grill for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with new potatoes and sautéed zucchini. Garnish with fresh parsley.
