Be sure your cantaloupes are at their peak. The nose knows best when you are shopping for cantaloupes. If you can't smell the sweetness, you probably won't be able to taste it either. | |
Ingredients:

cantaloupes, peeled, cut into chunks |

Pineapple, cored, peeled, cut into chunks |

Raisins |

Fresh shredded coconut (or packaged coconut) |

Finely chopped walnuts or pecans |

apple, cored, unpeeled, cut into chunks |

Plain yogurt |

Grated orange peel |

Preparation:
1. Stir together the yogurt and orange peel. Chill.
2. Mix all fruits in a large salad bowl. At serving time, add the nuts and pour chilled yogurt mixture over fruit, toss, and serve. |
