Preparation:
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Rub meat with: 1 Tbsp. pepper, 1 Tbsp. paprika,
2 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 teas. celery salt, 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard before cooking.
Baste with 1/2 cup apple juice while cooking. Add sauce last 15 minutes. |
