Ingredients:

4 medium jalapenos
8 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces sour cream
1/2 pound chorizo
1 small onion -- minced
1 clove garlic
 

Preparation:

For the filling, try using a mixture of 1-8 oz packages of cream cheese, 2 oz sour cream , 1/2 lb. browned chorizo sausage, 1 small onion(minced and sautéed) and 1 clove garlic(minced and sautéed). This filling will tend to get soft when the bacon wrapped jalapenos are smoked, but I have never tried freezing them first. That would probably help. I'll think you'll like the
