Preparation:
Cut up cauliflower and boil til very tender. Sauté onion in oil in pan. Add meat and brown. Add spices and water and cook til water boils. Turn down heat. Add sour cream and cream cheese and simmer 10 min until gravy thickens. (DO NOT BOIL). Mash cauliflower with butter, salt and pepper. Serve hamburger gravy over potatoes. |
