Preparation:
I just saw a nice little grilling glaze on the food network.
Combine some onion, chipotles, dried apricots and a little water and let it simmer for about half an hour.
Add a little olive oil and some vinegar and puree.
Strain. brush on while grilling. I would add a little salt, pepper and fresh garlic.
