Preparation:
combine ingredients, except flour, oil, and sour cream in a food processor process to blend well transfer to a large bowl stir in flour 1/4 cup at a time until mixture holds shape without being gluey pour oil into a saute pan or skillet to a depth of 1/4-inch heat over a moderate flame until almost smoking drop large spoonsful of batter into pan flatten slightly and fry for 30-45 seconds on each side drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels keep warm in a slow oven serve warm, garnished with a dollop of sour cream |
