Preparation:
Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice cream by spoonfuls; cover and blend at high speed until ice cream is well blended, about 1 minute. Place half the whipped topping in bottom of individual glasses; spread with a spoon on bottom and sides of glasses. Carefully pour ice cream mixture into glasses. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings. |
