Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and red pepper seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat well, cover. Chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a jelly-roll pan with foil. Place chicken in pan; reserve sauce. Bake 1 hour, basting several times with sauce, or until chicken is tender. |
