Ingredients:

ricotta or farmers cheese |

cream cheese - -- (1 pkg), softened and cut up |

garlic |

tablespoons |
chopped fresh herbs -- (such as sage, thyme, marjoram,oregano, savory, rosemary) |

fresh chopped basil -- dill, or tarragon |

fresh chopped chervil or chives |

black pepper -- freshly ground |

Worcestershire sauce |

bottled hot pepper sauce |

fresh herbs -- for garnish |

Preparation:
In blender container or food processor bowl, place all ingredients. Cover and process till smooth. Turn mixture into a crock lined with leaves of the fresh herbs used. Garnish top of spread with another herb sprig. Chill till needed. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetable sticks, or on open-faced sandwiches. |
