Preparation:
* Use a wire whisk and mix marinade throughly.
* Place London broil in the freezer for approx. 2 hours so it
firms up nicely for slicing.
* Slice the London broil across the grain in strips approx. 1/8 inch thick. ( the thinner the better )
* Immerse the sliced meat in the marinade and make sure it’s covered completely. ( a zip lock bag works well )
* Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
* After the marination process is complete drain the meat
in a colander and pat dry using paper towels.
*** Now your ready to go, grab your dehydrator or fire up your smoker or turn your oven on and set it for 140 degrees and don’t forget to leave the door ajar to aid in the drying process.....................
