Preparation:
In a large pot, combine the cans of chili beans, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer and stir often.
Chop the onions, jalapeno and ortega chili peppers.
In a large frying pan, brown 1 lb. of ground beef, then add the onion and peppers.
When the meat, onion and peppers are done, add them to the large pot of chili beans and tomato sauce and paste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often.
Add cayenne, "hot shot" black and red peppers as hot and spicy as you like it.
