This bread makes wonderful sandwiches. Bread doesn't crumble and slices easily even when warm. This recipe can be used with the delay timer feature. |

Ingredients:

water (heated to 90 degrees F) |

butter or margarine, cut into small pieces |

whole wheat flour |

cup |
bread flour |
1 1/2 |
teaspoon |
salt |

Tablespoons |
sugar |
1/4 |
cup |
dehydrated potato flakes |
1 1/2 |
teaspoon |
yeast |

Preparation:
Add water to bread machine pan. Add butter and remaining dry ingredients (except yeast) to the pan on top of the water. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add yeast to the well. Set the bread machine controls to:
"Basic" bread setting
"Light" crust setting
"1-1/2 lb." loaf size setting |
