Quick and easy and a great taste for summer squashes! | |
Ingredients:
3 |
medium |
squash - Mexican, yellow, zucchini, etc, sliced evenly to about 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch |

Butter or margarine |

dash |
Dried dill weed |
1 |
large |
onion, peeled and diced |
1/2 |
teaspoon |
Salt |
1/4 |
teaspoon |
pepper |

Preparation:
Melt 1 Tbsp butter or margarine in a saute pan. Add onions, squash, dill, salt and pepper and a couple Tbsp water. Cover and cook over low-medium heat until squash are ALMOST done to your liking (I don't like mine mushy). Remove lid, cook off water and serve. Simple and easy |
