Pear Walnut and Rocket Salad

Easy & quick to make Salad!!!
 

Ingredients:

1 bunch Rocket
1 piece Parmasen Cheese
250 grams Walnuts (shelled)
2 medium Pears (3 if small)
1 Dash Balsamic Vinigerette
 

Preparation:

Wash Rocket, Shred Parmasen with a vege peeler (very thin slices), slice pear thinly. Mix all ingrediants together, add walnuts and mix. Add vinigerette to taste.
